In these times
of media overkill, my work reminds us of the absolute and essential components
of art, painting, and drawing that serve as the very foundation of art
history. The cornerstones of my compositions are rooted in modernism, while
my paintings are based on improvisation and composition a lot like jazz
music, where the musician becomes saturated in the notes, and then has
the freedom to flow.
While
each person has there own rhythm , my work manifests a personal cadence
. The result is an expression in color line and form that turns into patterns
of energized movements which are revealed in my work. Tomas
